Advanced guide: stacking, cycling & protocols

Stacking rationale
Peptides are combined when they act on complementary rhythms. The classic example is our BPC-157/TB-500 Blend: BPC-157 daily for the everyday end of repair, TB-500 on a weekly rhythm for the deeper, longer arc, both in one vial. See the full comparison.
Loading & tapering
Some protocols front-load a peptide (more frequent dosing early) then taper to maintenance. This is a clinical decision, not a fixed rule, it should be guided by your vet and your animal's response, not copied from a forum.
Reconstitution precision
Concentration equals vial strength divided by water volume. For small animals, a more dilute reconstitution makes tiny doses measurable on a U-100 syringe. The calculator does this maths and flags doses under two units. Details in storage & handling.
Tracking & adjusting
Advanced use is really disciplined record-keeping: baseline metrics, dose, frequency, and honest follow-up over weeks. Our dosing chart and resource library help you keep a log.
A responsible caveat
"Advanced" never means "beyond the vet." The more you stack or cycle, the more your veterinarian should be involved. Evidence for many of these peptides remains emerging, sophistication in protocol does not change the strength of the underlying data.
