What TB-500 is
TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of Thymosin β4, a naturally occurring peptide involved in cell migration and tissue repair. In recovery circles it is discussed for tissue repair, flexibility and calming inflammation, which is exactly why it is so often stacked with BPC-157.
How it differs from BPC-157
BPC-157 is dosed daily and covers the everyday end of recovery. TB-500 is usually dosed twice weekly and is discussed for deeper, longer-arc tissue repair. Together they cover both ends.

The honest evidence
Where the science sits
Like BPC-157, most TB-500 evidence is preclinical, cell and rodent studies, with very limited controlled companion-animal data. It grades as emerging: widely used anecdotally, promising in the lab, but not proven in pets. We would rather tell you that than pretend otherwise.
Dosing and administration
Supplied as a lyophilised vial reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, TB-500 is given subcutaneously with an insulin needle, most often on a twice-weekly loading rhythm that then tapers.
